Orders above AED 200 get free delivery to all 7 Emirates. For Ajman, the minimum order is AED 30 with free delivery included. COD is available on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

We offer second-day delivery across the UAE, every day from 9AM to 8PM. Order tonight, receive tomorrow. Fresh meat is cut and packed the same morning as dispatch.

How is fresh meat kept safe during delivery?

All fresh meat is packed in insulated, food-safe packaging to maintain temperature during transit. Every order is cut and packed fresh on dispatch day — never pre-frozen.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — call +971 50 890 3848 with your order number. We can modify or cancel before dispatch. For fresh meat orders, cancellations must be made before the morning cut.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
